I bought an Audi A3 I found the Audi A3 on cars.com, which led me to the carbiz.com webpage. I started an email exchange with Jason and everything was stress free. I drove 3 hours to the carbiz dealership (there is an Enterprise car rental office next door to carbiz). There were no hidden fees at carbiz. Everything was as they promised on the phone. This was the easiest car purchase I have ever done. More

A pleasant experience at an auto dealership! I had made an appointment the previous day with Chris White, one of the sales personnel at Carbiz. Chris listened to me when I described what I wanted in the car. This was a second car-the one I had previously owned was declared a total loss by the insurance company. I wanted a practical car, nothing fancy, inexpensive, but with extras such as navigation, Bluetooth and satellite radio. Chris suggested I look at a 2015 Nissan Versa SV. The car was waiting for us upon arrival. It really looked brand new. It only had about 3400miles on it. Even the floor mats were still wrapped in their shipping package. We went for a spin, the car was perfect. In less than 2 hours we purchased a car. Chris was extremely knowledgeable about this specific car but also knew about the other 300 vehicles. He was not pushy, plus he was very respectful. The dealership is very laid back and I will definitely return to Carbiz in the future. More
