2014 Toyota Avalon I was referred to Carbiz by USAA Car Buying Service. They had the car available and at the price quoted by the buying service. Katie and Myron were bo I was referred to Carbiz by USAA Car Buying Service. They had the car available and at the price quoted by the buying service. Katie and Myron were both pleasant to deal with and the time required for test drive and closing the deal was excellent. However, after the papers were signed and the car was turned over to us (dealer washed and prepped the car), I was told that it didn't come with a spare key and when I got home that the factory floor mats had been replaced by after market cheapies. The spare key quote was an additional $330 and the factory mats $135. Make sure you're aware of what Carbiz is providing you prior to closing the sale. More

GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! I started my car search online. However I came across carbiz.. I narrowed my search 4 dealerships. However Carbiz won me over!
