Nice car, Decent price, but expected just a little more. I believe in honesty both ways. The car is/as was advertised. The bad: There was a non-critical part missing that apparently I was the first one to notice (trunk panel). Having to haggle over that fact was not pleasant. Ultimately they agreed to acquire the part at their price and ship it to me. Also, CARBIZ knew that I had driven 4+ plus hours to get the car and was driving 5+ to get home (through D.C traffic on a Friday). They were going to send me away with a 1/4 tank of gas. Claimed that was "their policy". After more haggling they relented and put "more" gas in it. (it was about $20) To me, treat the customer like you would expect to be treated. Lastly, there was NO haggling over the price. The Good: The car was in GREAT shape like they said. All of the people that I dealt with were professional. They did not hound me or contact me needlessly or relentlessly. I had asked that the process to complete the deal not take very long. I feel they did a decent job of getting me in and out. The facility is nice, clean, up-to-date, and has nice inventory. We had a few issues (above) but they were able to address them and find amicable solutions for both of us. More

Some dealerships just want the turnover for money, these people want to get you in the right car for you, not just sell you a car. They were patient, not pushy, respectful of my finances and how to make it work for me, not their commission. Their personal touch was informative, inspiring, and yes, comforting. They left me with a sense of respect for my money, safety for me and my family and friendship. What a wonderful experience when buying a car, never had it before, this is a first. THANKS More

It was ok I would be lying if I said I had an excellent experience because I didn't. It was ok. Don't get me wrong, all of the staff was friendly however I exp I would be lying if I said I had an excellent experience because I didn't. It was ok. Don't get me wrong, all of the staff was friendly however I experienced a "pass around game". I was passed down through 3 dealers who just couldn't find time to give me that "one-on-one" attention. I have bought several cars in the past and never experienced that. Most dealers like to get to know their buyer, but not here. At the end of it all, I just was over the whole situation. I'm just happy I got what I needed at a great price. My recommendation is only for price, not because of the customer service.
