Best and Easiest Experience Ever I had gone to Carbiz in August looking for a new car and noticed 2 that I had liked. I was not ready to buy the car at that time, but I had a rep stay I had gone to Carbiz in August looking for a new car and noticed 2 that I had liked. I was not ready to buy the car at that time, but I had a rep stay in contact with me monthly who was ready to work with me when I was ready. I had completed an application on line and was asked to come in. When I came in I worked with Katie who was willing ready and able to see me and get me situated with a new car. After being there for only 2 hours I was approved for a truck and was able to drive away in my new car. This place made me feel good about my purchase and I feel that ANYBODY looking for a car should go here. The rates are good and so is the customer service. They washed my car and i was on my way. Others that came by to assist at different times during the buying process were also very friendly. Additionally, all of their cars come with a limited warranty. It's a big plus and offers peace of mind when buying a used car past it's manufacturer warranty. More

Outstanding, professional, attentive, all around on point! My wife and I were looking for two all-wheel drive luxury SUVs and found two we both really liked online. I called around 10am Saturday to verify whether the cars were still available. Katie Macris from the internet dept. answered the phone with utmost politeness and confirmed the two vehicles are in fact still at the dealership. At noon same day, we arrived and were promptly greeted by Jason Jacovsky. We began by discussing which cars we are interested in. Jason couldn't have been more attentive and professional towards our every need and requests. It seemed as though the entire store is full of courteous and professional individuals. Needless to say, Jason and all the staff at Carbiz met our every demand and expectation. After agreeing on all the numbers we shook hands and met Myron Boyd in Financing. This guy... Awesome! Again, as with all the staff at Carbiz, professional, courteous, attentive and funny. Myron made us feel like we've been close friends for decades.
