For many people their experience starts once they walk-in the dealership. Mine actually starts once I place a phone calls to Myron Boyd for finance questions, and Fred Alston for car questions etc. This is the third time I've dealt with them two when purchasing my cars. Every time I've been serviced by theses two gentlemen, it's been a pure blessing. Customer service is vital to me, because I'm spending my hard earned money on a product. So if the service sucks I don't buy, but I can luckily say that has not been my experience, so I deal with the same two people I feel I can trust. Let's be honest here, dealerships are about finalizing a deal, and making money. I'm fine with that, but what I appreciate is not feeling like I'm being taken advantage of while in the process. I felt I was placed in the right vehicle, for the right price, by the right people and that's how everyone should feel. More

Worst experience. No Integrity at all. Worst experience I've ever been a part of. This organization has NO integrity. I traveled from Washington, DC to Baltimore to CarBiz with my sister t Worst experience I've ever been a part of. This organization has NO integrity. I traveled from Washington, DC to Baltimore to CarBiz with my sister to purchase a Mercedes Benz E350 they had advertized online for $33K. She had been in communication with the salesman, Matt, about the vehicle. She got a call (5/21/15) from another salesperson that the "Price had been reduced by $1000." We arrived on Saturday 5/23/15 to see the car. Matt was busy so Jason took us out for a test drive. She wanted to purchase. Jason wrote up the order at $33K, we mentioned the phone call that the price should be $32K. Jason went back to management and came back that the price should be $32.5K. After some back and forth, my sister replayed the voicemail message, Matt stepped in and we agreed on the $32K. Jason continued with paperwork, insurance info verified, 3 hours had passed by now and right before we go to finance management comes back and says the price is $32.5K, the saleperson's phone call was a mistake and it should have been only $500 reduction. I advised my sister to walk. This clearly is not the type of organization who believes in customer service and stands by their word. We had an agreement at $32K and to pull it at the last minute is bush-league; and for only $500! It felt like the old carrot on a stick routine. Maybe the other couple looking at the same vehicle offered you a better deal; I don't know, it's real shady. Shame on you CarBiz; no integrity! The only option we have as a consumer is to not allow this type of treatment, take our business elsewhere, and express our opinion to those that would like to listen. More
