Taxes, fees, and policies were all explained up front to avoid being overwhelmed by all the legal jargon. Our only gripe was that they don’t work with outside creditors. It is part of their business model, but not being able to work with creditors we had a good relationship with did raise the cost of the car in the long run due to higher interest rates. This may not be a problem for you, but it was our only knock against the experience. We loved working with Diego and the overall experience. If you don’t mind not being able to choose your own lender, EchoPark is one of the best places to buy your next used car. More

2 months after buying a 2017 Jeep with 21,000 miles... Alternator went out while being stranded in childress Texas. Echo did nothing helpful.
