Working with my salesman Roberto was amazing. I’ve purchased vehicle before, so I know how long and stressful of an experience buying a car can be. To be honest, I wasn’t expecting this experience to purchased vehicle before, so I know how long and stressful of an experience buying a car can be. To be honest, I wasn’t expecting this experience to be any different, but it actually was. He listened, helped and guided me by giving insight and honest feedback, and he was flexible. He valued my time and that was the most surprising part of it all for me, especially being a single parent. Update: The car has given me nothing but trouble the past two weeks and explain information as it related to the purchase of my new vehicle. Thanks! Update: The car has given me nothing but trouble the past two weeks. Notice of coolant refilling, overheating, breaking down and being towed to Bmw. Repaired and still encountering the same issue. Btw, Bmw stated that there is possible erosion in the oil pan and that I would need to pay a $1500 diagnostic. I have an appointment Thursday with echo park for their due diligence. I can honestly say that as a customer I'm not feeling the exceptional service. No one wants to purchase one of their dream vehicles to have nothing but problems. Faith in the dealership and bmw has been shattered. Lessons learned: 1. don't buy from a dealership that does not have their own towing service. 2. Don't fully trust the car fax report and get the car independently checked out before purchase. Update 2: picked up car this week and almost made it back to work before the same mechanical issue occurred. This time, I was driving the left of the highway. The car immediately decelerated nearly causing an accident with every vehicle I encountered while trying to pull over to the right to stop or exit. Once again, I was asked what I wanted after having the car towed and taking an Uber back to the dealership. How about another car? How about contact from sales. Will it take a serious accident in the car before someone takes the situation serious. No, I couldn't have expected this to happen. I loved the car and planned on keeping it...even got the windows tinted days into purchase. No one wants to make a nearly thirty thousand dollar purchase and have nothing but issues not even a month into the purchase. After being told the last time that the dealership had to inspect the vehicle before addressing my concerns, I was confident that something would happen. After another incident with the car involving my safety, I truly believe that someone from management needs to address the issue thus my confirmation that no one should buy from here. If something occurs at this level and I have heard from no one regarding my safety fears and continued issues with the car from management says profoundly how customers are treated at this facility. In addition to their not being prepared for issues occurring beyond their normal scope of daily operations. I had to select the one star otherwise it would be zero. More
