We really enjoyed working with Lori Andrus! She made us feel comfortable and never once pressured us. She took great care of us and made the process enjoyable! The only somewhat negative experience was after we decided we wanted to buy and her manager got involved. It was getting late and our bank was already closed for the day so wanted to pay a deposit and then come back the next day with a cashier's check. I'm not sure if there was a miscommunication between Lori and her manager (I can't remember his name, maybe Jonathan?) but as soon as he came in we felt very uncomfortable and pressured to pay for the car with our debit card that night, when we had already expressed we needed to go to our bank to get the financing straightened out. After he left us and we were only talking with Lori again things smoothed out and we were able to work out the details. The next day when we came back with the money Lori was unable to meet us but she had all the paperwork ready for us with another salesperson, our car had been washed, and we were able to finalize everything in about 10 minutes! So all in all, I highly recommend Lori and would give her 5 stars, but I would prefer to not ever work with this manager again. More
