I was referred to Charles Bright by a relative and was very impressed with the prompt service I received when walking through the door. This has ultimately been by the the WORST experience I’ve ever had with customer service. Instead of being honest and trying to get more information, he comes out with a lie. Unapologetic, insincere, and unp ever had with customer service. Instead of being honest and trying to get more information, he comes out with a lie. Unapologetic, insincere, and unprofessional is the best way to describe my experience with him directly. Upon introducing his name, he immediately jumps right into it with me instead of talking or listening to what I had to say. I get tired of just the whole experience and purchase the car as to which they mess up with that also. They incorrectly complete my paperwork and want me to go out of my way to correct their mistake. I’ve never been so disappointed, frustrated, and embarrassed to have had business with someone. The only saving grace was Caitlin and the manager Amanda. I should have just asked for their help instead of being pissed off almost a month later. Ridiculous. More
