There is no blame for that ... there were literally hundreds of people there at the same time trying to get a great deal just like we were. Randy kept us informed and communicated with me during the entire process. He was polite, friendly, and always going the extra mile ... from calling me before I traveled just to make sure I knew there was only one key for the vehicle I was purchasing to doing the detailing himself to prevent us from having to wait even longer.
