Great Day To Buy a Car I had been looking at a pickup truck for a couple of weeks on TrueCar's website. I decided to take a (5 hour) drive to take a look. The truck was actually at a car lot that I've never heard of....called Drivers Select (driversselect.com). There were as many, if not more vehicles there than at a major dealership. My salesman, Joshua Lopez, was absolutely great at presenting this truck to me. Never once did he give me the "run-around". The deal was done in about 2 hours, which was a little long, but ok. The overall experience was Great! I left with my 2017 GMC Canyon as a satisfied customer!!! Thanks guys! More

Excellent Experience I looked at my Lincoln on the website and found what I wanted. Called ahead to see if it was actually still available and it was. Drove over the dea I looked at my Lincoln on the website and found what I wanted. Called ahead to see if it was actually still available and it was. Drove over the dealership and was not met my 20 hungry salesman but waited a few minutes and worked with Marcelo. He brought the car out and we drove it around the block several times. He didn’t accompany us. When I returned we noticed some cosmetic concerns and he was able to address them. I went in and filled out the paperwork and left my depositI put down my deposit and cane back the following day . The car was ready I didn’t have to talk to a finance person Marcelo went over the paperwork and I signed. No stuffy finance guy to contend with and no wait. They fixed my cosmetic concerns and off we went. Won’t buy a car anyplace is else! More

Fair warning to readers: If you get him walk away, don’t waste your time. We had emailed the dealership about the availability of a specific Audi Q5. Matt Fink, sales manager, wrote back saying the vehicle was available. We were there in an hour, but were made wait for a while and eventually were assigned to Josh. He took us in the back and had no idea why we were here. We were expecting to be offered a test drive, instead Josh went on a rant of how great he and his dealership were. Did not care that we had communicated with Matt. Was very presumptive, argumentative. Refused to listen. He made us feel like he was doing us a favor. He made it very difficult to buy a vehicle from driver select. Gene, manager, offered rectification. Meanwhile, someone else was offered a test drive of the vehicle we were interested in and we were eventually told that the vehicle is no longer for sale. What a waste of time and energy. More
