The prices seemed too good to be true on-line, but they were not - the other shoe never dropped. I went in a skeptic and am leaving with nothing but recommendations. Great experience. Friendly, kind, relatible staff who are willing to help you with each step of the process - which says everything about a company that doesn't run on the typical commission model. Save yourself time and enjoy a much less stressful car buying experience. More

Simple sales experience. Don’t get me wrong, buying a car is never an easy experience. Deciding what to buy, how much you are willing to spend (yeah, I’m a cheap guy... I know Don’t get me wrong, buying a car is never an easy experience. Deciding what to buy, how much you are willing to spend (yeah, I’m a cheap guy... I know), and then fighting the gauntlet of finding the right car, visiting the dealership, test drive, finance, having to wait, second guessing yourself.... yeah, the greatest dealership would have a therapist on staff ready to help us poor, scared customers (who are about to be a little bit poorer) But Driversselect is definitely different. I know, the name sounds like DriveTime, that dealer designed for people with bad credit that only offers crappy vehicles. Nope, that isn’t this place. (But they wisely changed the name to Echo Park after recent acquisition). I’ve been watching this dealership for a couple years. From the way they market their vehicles, to the ease of the path to purchase (great digital tools - try the texting function to share vehicle details with your spouse as you try to convince her you should have a new vehicle, especially when she’s even cheaper than you. (Not my dear wife, of course, I would never say anything that ... well, never mind...) Anyway, we were talking about why this a good experience. First, the selection is massive. They have found a sweet spot focused on entry luxury / upper end mass market cars. Each vehicle is late model, low mileage, damage free, fully inspected, all the CARFAX details readily available, etc. Second, the digital tools to help your shopping journey are really well done. I saw tons of photos, details, images, etc. Saved my favorite cars not by creating yet another account, but by simply using me email address. It really was simple to choose something that was right for me. I had my choice down to 4 vehicles. Saw that 8 people were watching two of the vehicles, so, no surprise, two were already sold when I arrived. Inventory turns fast - like really fast. The dealership experience was pretty slick. Get setup and start your test drives. Each car is connected via gps, so they know right where it is, when it arrives back on the lot, etc. So my four test drives were all lined up back-to-back even though there were more than 50 other customers all shopping and buying. The process is pressure free. Think CarMax without the super high prices. Yes, the team is commissioned, but you’d only know that by asking. My sales guy, Randy, was new. Engaging, helpful, smart, and really enjoying what he was doing. He’s too new to be on the employee list, but good addition to the team. Was able to get me to the right car and speed the process through. First car buying experience that didn’t cause the usual trepidation. Loved it. I don’t often buy cars, but truly enjoyed this dealership and experience. More
