He walked us through the process and answered all of our questions so we felt very comfortable with the whole experience. We ended up driving 3 different cars, each of them brought to us very quickly so we could compare them. It is a big place, but if is very nice and run in an efficient manner. The cars are priced extremely competitively and I appreciated that we did not have to haggle back and forth over the price. I had already done my research so I knew we were getting a good deal! Josh was training Randy, and Randy was also very friendly and eager to help with anything we needed. Josh explained all of the paperwork and the different financing options to help us make the best decision for our needs. It was a great experience, we love our new car!
