Horrible Buying Experience Purchased through this dealership because of a USAA recommendation and will not be using them again. The car that we bought from them (Audi A3, so Purchased through this dealership because of a USAA recommendation and will not be using them again. The car that we bought from them (Audi A3, so already an expensive car) was given to us with the bare minimum accessories because the dealership is so cheaply run. Specifically, they TOOK THE CAR TIRE VALVE STEM CAPS OFF (very obvious too, because the threads covered by them were clean and obviously not subject to the elements before we bought the car), did not leave us with the car owner's manual, AND only supplied us with 1 key for the car (another will cost a minimum of $200). Not only is this bare minimum service, but what kind of integrity and character does this treatment show to customers? Why would I trust this dealership with this kind of investment again? How cheap do you have to be to remove VALVE STEM COVERS after you've sold a car for thousands of dollars? I would not purchase another car from nor recommend to any friends this dealership. Subpar service all around. More

Josh is AMAZING Got Josh’s number from my best friend. When we called he answered right away, we explained what we wanted and he told us that he had 11 trucks on the Got Josh’s number from my best friend. When we called he answered right away, we explained what we wanted and he told us that he had 11 trucks on the lots we could look and drive today. We drove from McKinney to EchoPark, he met us at the front door and sat us down and explained how everything worked and asked more questions to get us in the right truck for us. We test drove and decided to buy an Ford 150. All with in two hours. Straight forward no xxxxxxxx selling and we love that! Need a car? Call Josh. He will straight up tell you if he has it or not and if he can get the price you want. Thank you Josh for making one of my wife’s dreams come true! WIVES LOVE TRUCKS! Ha ha ha More

They're business model is not geared toward customers with excellent credit - they don't easily offer good, aggressive auto loan rates.
