The price you see on their website is the price they will sell it for, "no haggle". I had researched both cars and they were a good price. Also, I let her know that we would be paying cash and she explained the ways to do that, debit card or cashier check (no personal checks). When we arrived, she was very professional and positive and had the first car ready for us to test drive. She handled the sale very transparently, answering all our questions and helping get us out in a timely manner. Buying a used car can be a unpleasant experience, but Teosha and DriversSelect made it a good one! The General Manager also kept checking on us and asking if everything was going well. DriversSelect has a good selection of low mileage, newer used cars, with CarFax information in a range of prices. I would recommend and use them again. Ask for Teosha! More

Great Experience I began looking at Drivers Select online and within a week I had a car. The process of filtering through their hundreds of cars was super easy, and c I began looking at Drivers Select online and within a week I had a car. The process of filtering through their hundreds of cars was super easy, and chatting with them through their chat box was convenient. After a couple of days of research I was ready to test drive. When I was approached by Chandler Elliott, I immediately felt at ease. He was very positive and knowledgeable about what was on the lot. After telling him what I was looking at, he recommended the top 5 cars that I should look at. From there I test drove 3 cars and was able to narrow down my search. We were even allowed to take the test drives without Chandler, so my husband and I were able to talk it out with no pressure while driving. After taking a couple days to think about which car I wanted, I went back up to Chandler and purchased my car. It was fast and easy. A few things to note: They really do not allow any negotiating. At first, I was taken back by this, but every car I was interested in was below what Kelley Blue Book stated the car was worth, and therefore there was no haggling needed. Also, most cars do not come with a warranty. The price of the added warranty was more than what I wanted to spend, but covers alot with a low deductible. Maybe all extended warranties are this price, but it shocked me a bit. I also came pre-approved. They do not allow alot of outside lenders, so make sure to check which they allow. I went with BOA and had all the paperwork ready to go before entering the building. Made the financing go much smoother and faster. Lastly, they go through cars quickly. I wanted a certain car, and when I got home the same car I had just drove was already sold. When I went back up to purchase a different car I test drove, I learned that that car had also sold, along with 3 others that I had as backups. Luckily, the same exact car with less miles (and $200 more) had recently came on the lot. I took it in a heartbeat. Chandler stated they easily sell 250+ cars a week, and average 1,200 cars a month. If you see something you want, DO NOT WAIT! It will sell! Overall, I would recommend Drivers Select, and would highly recommend going with Chandler Elliott! More
