Better than traditional dealerships Really enjoyed how easy it was to pick a car to look at and drive. No hassle dealership About the dealership & scheduling: This is by far the biggest showroom for used cars I had been to. It also attracts huge crowds, esp on weekends. But the front desk and agents are quite efficient. 5 stars for that. Inventory & Pricing: For several cars I was interested in, DriversSelect seems to have the lowest prices. For the particular car I was looking for, they were the only that had in the inventory. Certainly, 5 starts for competitive pricing. Buying experience: Most of the pre-work is done online, email, text etc. On the day of purchase, after test driving, there isn't any pressure except occasional email pings. I had to spend ~ 3 hrs from start to finish. Not too bad based on my previous experiences. They, however, try to sell hard the extended warranty. Their mortgaging options are also quite limited - its somewhat competitive, but you are out of luck if you want to finance the car with a credit union. 4 stars for that. Agent Experience; Dan Dasch was my agent. Super friendly to work with. The one-stop agent for everything is welcome (though he had to bring in a "specialist" to sell me the extended warranty after I refused it initially). 5 stars for that. Overall: This is one of the pleasant experiences I had with car buying. If you are in the market for cars, worth checking them out. 5 stars overall. More
