My experience with Mr Bobby D was very pleasant he showed the utmost respect for my decision in the vehicle I wanted. He was not like 95 percent of car sales man that are pushy and just want to put you in a vehicle to make a sale. He made very sure I was comfortable with my trade in price They offered me. My entire visit was very good with him. Staff was pleasant and very nice relate able. I would recommend anybody to go in person because calling and speaking with a live customer service person is virtually almost impossible. But a sales person will answer if you press the prompt for sales. More

Best experience ever I was somewhat nervous before coming to buy a car (undestandably) because of some bad reviews about them pushing "extras". I was paired with Nicole a I was somewhat nervous before coming to buy a car (undestandably) because of some bad reviews about them pushing "extras". I was paired with Nicole as my salesperson who was very helpful and patient the entire process. After she explained thoroughly what the "extras" are and what they cover it seems to me to make complete common sense for most people depending on their situation. I was buying a 2015 Buick which usually costs more in maintenance and repairs anyway. The gap ins is necessary for a lot of people as well and although theirs is a little more expensive than I've seen it also has some of the best coverage. All in all this is a fantastic company, excellent employees and friendly environment and some of the best prices and protection products on the market in my opinion. Keep it up you guys !!! Some of us can see the bigger picture!! More
