Best experience ever I was somewhat nervous before coming to buy a car (undestandably) because of some bad reviews about them pushing "extras". I was paired with Nicole as my salesperson who was very helpful and patient the entire process. After she explained thoroughly what the "extras" are and what they cover it seems to me to make complete common sense for most people depending on their situation. I was buying a 2015 Buick which usually costs more in maintenance and repairs anyway. The gap ins is necessary for a lot of people as well and although theirs is a little more expensive than I've seen it also has some of the best coverage. All in all this is a fantastic company, excellent employees and friendly environment and some of the best prices and protection products on the market in my opinion. Keep it up you guys !!! Some of us can see the bigger picture!! More

Simple Process Mike did a great job of making my car buying experience easy and stress free. Huge selection of cars are low mileage and very competitive pricing. A great experience This was my very first experience buying a car, and I was a bit nervous about handling it all by myself. I called in on a Tuesday evening to inquire a This was my very first experience buying a car, and I was a bit nervous about handling it all by myself. I called in on a Tuesday evening to inquire about a Subaru Legacy I had seen online and quickly had an appointment the next morning with Charles McCormick. As I was pulling into the parking lot, I received a call from Charles letting me know he had just located and driven the car around so that it was ready for me to see. We had a great discussion about what I was looking for, and Charles was very helpful in addressing any of my concerns and answering my questions. I had done quite a bit of research beforehand, which I think impressed him a bit and also made me feel very comfortable from the beginning. After we talked, I got to see and test drive the car (by myself!) and absolutely loved everything about it. It was definitely my car. I went back to work, but came back that evening after comparing financing options (which Charles beat every time) and got to trade in my current car and drive my new Subaru home that night! Charles stayed an hour and a half after closing to make sure I was happy and that everything went smoothly. I really, truly appreciate the transparency and care that Charles McCormick offers his customers. Make an appointment! This place is BUSY! I worked with Charles McCormick, and he was fantastic!!! I highly recommend requesting an appointment with him. From point of sale, to after the sale service, he was honest, upfront, and followed through on everything I needed, even if it wasn't truly part of the sales process. Also, this dealership sells all makes of used cars. A sales person could not possibly know every feature of every make of car. What Charles did not know, he inquired and found out. He didn't make something up just to make the sale. When you consider the price of the car, figure in the optional warranty that is offered. The price of the car is lower to allow you to purchase the warranty, and still purchase the vehicle for the best price. The warranty will provide extended coverage on your vehicle well beyond any manufacture's warranty. That offers peace of mind in buying a used car, and still at the best price! More
