A great experience This was my very first experience buying a car, and I was a bit nervous about handling it all by myself. I called in on a Tuesday evening to inquire a This was my very first experience buying a car, and I was a bit nervous about handling it all by myself. I called in on a Tuesday evening to inquire about a Subaru Legacy I had seen online and quickly had an appointment the next morning with Charles McCormick. As I was pulling into the parking lot, I received a call from Charles letting me know he had just located and driven the car around so that it was ready for me to see. We had a great discussion about what I was looking for, and Charles was very helpful in addressing any of my concerns and answering my questions. I had done quite a bit of research beforehand, which I think impressed him a bit and also made me feel very comfortable from the beginning. After we talked, I got to see and test drive the car (by myself!) and absolutely loved everything about it. It was definitely my car. I went back to work, but came back that evening after comparing financing options (which Charles beat every time) and got to trade in my current car and drive my new Subaru home that night! Charles stayed an hour and a half after closing to make sure I was happy and that everything went smoothly. I really, truly appreciate the transparency and care that Charles McCormick offers his customers. I was presented with all my options and still able to make my own decisions without feeling pressured. Thank you for making this experience so great, Charles!! More

Make an appointment! This place is BUSY! I worked with Charles McCormick, and he was fantastic!!! I highly recommend requesting an appointment with him. From point of sale, to after the sale service, he was honest, upfront, and followed through on everything I needed, even if it wasn't truly part of the sales process. Also, this dealership sells all makes of used cars. A sales person could not possibly know every feature of every make of car. What Charles did not know, he inquired and found out. He didn't make something up just to make the sale. When you consider the price of the car, figure in the optional warranty that is offered. The price of the car is lower to allow you to purchase the warranty, and still purchase the vehicle for the best price. The warranty will provide extended coverage on your vehicle well beyond any manufacture's warranty. That offers peace of mind in buying a used car, and still at the best price! More

I looked online, I chose a car, called in the morning and spoke to Josh McKay, we went over a few details about the car I saw online, he ran my credit, I paid a deposit to hold the car, he video chat me so I could look at the car, got an approval, test drove the car, signed and brought the car home. It was that easy. I got a great rate. They work with great banks. My car Is beautiful and only has 17,000! The best part was that everything was transparent, he went over all the paperwork with me, explained what I was signing and explained numbers. It was a great car buying experience. I totally recommend this place to anyone on the market for a new car! Thank you Josh!! More
