Prices are fixed, no haggling, so you just have to check if the price is decent by comparing to o You pick out the car ahead of time from the website. Prices are fixed, no haggling, so you just have to check if the price is decent by comparing to other sites online. All the prices of cars we looked at were reasonable. They all come with a clean carfax report and the dealership says that they do their own visual inspection in case the carfax missed anything. You go to the dealership, test drive the car and then buy if you like. There was no pressure. The salesman, Ryan T., answered all our questions knowledgeably and patiently and let us take our time. He also replied to questions by email before we even went there. When we decided, the actual buying process was easy. Ryan explained the warranties but did NOT push us to buy (we didn't). We should have asked about the taxes ahead of time but that was our fault. Their own additional fees and charges were minor. They then clean up the car (during that time you can leave the dealership and come back to pick up). We went when the dealership was less busy (by making an appointment), but later in the day it was quite hopping, so I would recommend an early morning appointment to avoid the rush. More
