I live about 2 hours from the dealership so we did most of the deal via email. Heather was always very quick to respond to email and put up with my many requests for details regarding the car. I was very pleased with the selling price of the vehicle and the no haggle pricing strategy removed a lot of frustration from the process.. The most surprising part, and what really made the experience great, was that they gave me a good offer for my trade (sight unseen) and after inspection, held firm to the offer. So many dealerships bait you in with a good offer and then nickel and dime you to death once you get there. I was literally out of the dealership in a little over an hour and that included the test drive. This is how car buying should be - - tell me your best price on the car, give me a fair and accurate offer on my trade, and let me decide if the deal makes sense for me. Love the car and will absolutely do business with these folks in the future. More
