However, they were very accommodating, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a used car. Keep in mind though, you won't find a car here that's older than 3 years. Their business model is newer used cars, with less than 30K miles, and a factory warranty. Everything is priced at, or around, trade-in; and is no-haggle! So, expect good deals! They are very upfront, and not shady in the slightest. Good dealer! More

Once we gave all the required info, she processed all the necessary steps quickly and painlessly, all while remaining friendly and very approachable. Overall, I had a very good buying experience. The only reason I did not give 5 stars to the dealership was that when we came and checked in at the front desk, it took them over 30 minutes before being able to page Marla to attend to us, and did not give us an ETA throughout the wait time. Other than that, I would personally recommend coming to see her if you plan on purchasing/leasing a new car. More

They exceeded my expectations. Ask for Bob! This isn't your typical dealership. You need to call and make an appointment. You have to give them time to pull a car from another location. To be honest I didn't like this but we found the car we were looking for thru Carsguru. It was listed as a great price compared to other dealerships. So, we called. Bob answered the phone when we made the appointment and he was the one we met with. I have to tell you I was really wondering if we made the right decision to go there. It was a mad house. Thankfully, Bob had our car and one other we requested ready. We test drove them both and let him know up front that we were only test driving that day. We also let him know that we had a total loss claim. He kindly explained the process and what would be needed. We told him we'd get back to him. That all took place on a Saturday. He followed up with me Monday morning. We spent about 10 minutes getting pre-approved over the phone. About 30 minutes later he called back with the financing info. We then drove to the dealership and we were in and out of there in 15 minutes. Easy peasy. More
