I started out in copperas cove tx trying to get a vehicle I gave the salesperson my info only to be treated terribly. They never got back to me and made me feel very low honesty. I prayed and actually still gave up...God lead me to drivers select.my credit isn't good.student loans.and other debts. but I still needed a dependable vehicle. I called and got a chance to talk with Mr.Charles...thank God.this very nice.honest.hard working man.never gave up on me.people this man tried for 2 weeks to help me get a vehicle. But my credit didn't give me a chance in those two weeks. Yes 2 wks.he called .emailed and texted me daily. I couldn't get approved for a lexus.I know what a jump from being stranded to a lexus I know.he told me he will still keep trying.people week 3 I drove home ina premium top of the line every option offered low very low mileage 2017 Nissan rogue.this suv has more options a better color.and cheaper than the lexus suv...I got a chance to see mine next to one and the Nissan looks better...honestly. most important it's mine.I pulled my rig over and was jumping and yelling once he said hey Tim Dixon I got you approved. Dig this Mr. Charles never stopped helping me.he got me a good person credit rating finance rate that he got done on my drive down there.this man had to fight for me and convince people to give me a chance.dig this if you ever have been to Drivers select customers are everywhere. This God sent man I feel lost money just to help a customer out. ..me.... that was just stranded in a broke down car...vs going for a better credit customers. ..I love this man.I couldn't shake his hand I had to give him multiple hugs.I really love him me and my fiancee Valerie was so excited to finally meet the man who gave us a chance to start date night again...people as long as you have Mr. Charles McCormick on your side you have a man that won't give up on you even when you give up on yourself like I did...he will never quit. Plus an 75,000 five year warranty on top of the current few miles on my new whip.I am fully protected. ..I bought the vehicle and my fiancee and I went and are fast food...on the inside and the compliments started coming in I felt good and my fiancee was proud...did I mention no one stopped while I was broke down days before. He had found financing for us at a really reasonable rate. This man went over and beyond for us He made us feel that we were more than just a commission. In my past experiences at other dealerships, you usually get stuck with someone that is only worried about how they can come out on top. Charles was not like that at all.
