Unfortunately, there was a lack of communication about this prior to our arrival for our appointment, and another client decided they liked the car that was moved to the front of the lot for us to examine. Our salesperson was unable to honor our appointment for that car and the other couple ultimately bought the car we wanted. This led to some frustration on our part as we searched for a replacement car. The upside is the dealer has an easy to use website, so we ended up finding a similar car. Several hours passed during this exchange, and the paperwork got squirrely at the end, so we left without a car the first day. The first day was unfortunate, and really no fault of anyone in particular, but the second day we went back was much better. Everything was handled online or by phone, and all I had to do was sign a few papers and drive off. The only thing that would have made this better is if our original appointment had been honored with the car we wanted, or if there was a way to communicate to other sales people that a car was on hold for someone. We found out later we could have paced a deposit on the car, but that was never mentioned when we made the appointment. The price was great, so that is why we endured the slight inconvenience, and overall it worked out fine. Second, it took over 5 hours to get a loan quote, agree to purchase and to finally receive 1 vehicle key. Third, the manager and seller both assured us that we would have every part of the vehicle by being given a slip showing they owed us a key. And the remaining items were to be emailed over and they would get the rest of the items to us. Fourth, the person taking care of the keys for their company should NEVER be used to retain business. My spouse had to wait for 2 hours to get the second key completed after scheduling an appointment and seeing other men & women show up after and leave before him. Fifth, receiving an email where the seller curtly explained how we were not to receive all missing items from the vehicle after two weeks of assuring these missing items were going to be replaced the seller identified these missing vehicle parts as accessories and they will not replace them. My final word to any potential buyers out there is if you are looking for a dealership that cares about the clients and makes good on promises made then do not step foot in this establishment. More

Excellent Experience I came to DriversSelect after having a HORRIBLE experience at Toyota of Dallas. I researched the vehicle I wanted on Consumer Reports and made an appo I came to DriversSelect after having a HORRIBLE experience at Toyota of Dallas. I researched the vehicle I wanted on Consumer Reports and made an appointment at the Toyota dealership to test drive. When I arrived the next morning they had sold the car the night before and the rest of the experience was a disaster. I then looked up what other dealerships had the same vehicle and called Driversselect. DeMeon Washington answered the phone and I explained my situation, so he went and personally made sure the car I was looking for was there and it was. I drove over there and met DeMeon and the atmosphere and friendliness of the staff was incredible. Prices were straightforward and no haggling (which I hate). DeMeon had only been working there for 3 weeks and was assisted by Larry Pelky, who was also very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful in my buying experience. I'm also proud to say that this was DeMeon's FIRST car sale and I couldn't have been more impressed. I highly recommend this place and would give it 10 stars if I could!!!! More

These guys are real jerks with shady people and sketchy cars *DO NOT BELIEVE IN THE INSPECTION PROCESS. HAVE IT CHECKED BY DEALER OR OTHER GARAGE* If you want a vehicle that's been completely inspected. DO *DO NOT BELIEVE IN THE INSPECTION PROCESS. HAVE IT CHECKED BY DEALER OR OTHER GARAGE* If you want a vehicle that's been completely inspected. DO NOT feel safe with these guys. I purchased a vehicle approximately 6 months ago. Low mileage Durango that "looked" good. However, I began to notice a slip in the transmission and pulling to the right also was notified to bring my vehicle in for a recall from Dodge for something minor. To my surprise I was told the vehicle had been in either a crash or some kind of front end impact. I looked over the service history and sure enough the previous owner had brought the vehicle in for service due to front end problems. I then noticed the tires and sure enough one of them had been replaced. Just so happened to be the one on the side of the damage. ( Obvious indication someone replaced the wheel and tire) The damage was told to me that it was obvious from a mechanic perspective from Dodge. But driverselect team let it slip through there "inspection" process. So right now as it sits in the dealers garage i'm getting a bill because it was out of the 12k mileage warranty. I called DRIVERSELECT and informed them of this situation. There words were: " Does not matter the vehicle history or the situation its outside there window to do anything". Its been barely 6 months and now i'm paying for to fix what they missed and would never recommend them to anyone. Also, after repeated calls to customer service and finally 3 days later receiving a callback I then had no choice but to proceed with the dealer to fix the issues. Then driverselect requested I bring the vehicle to them after the front end was already taken apart in the dodge garage (because the 3 days it took for them to reply). *NOT TO MENTION THE TRANSMISSION IS SLIPPING AND WOULDN'T GO INTO REVERSE* I had informed them I could not drive the vehicle and even tried to give them the contact information to dodge to verify the problems but they refused to even make a call. The reply from driverselect : " it was your fault for not noticing it sooner" And when I told them I was a new customer and this was making me feel like I should not have bought a vehicle from them. They simply said: "That's Fine" Also, pay attention to your invoice they will add in a bunch of charges right before you sign the contract. More
