Poor service I contacted Driversselect because I saw the car I liked on line. I am in another city so I picked a day where I was going to fly in, buy the car and d I contacted Driversselect because I saw the car I liked on line. I am in another city so I picked a day where I was going to fly in, buy the car and drive it back. When I spoke to the salesman on the phone, he seemed to have no idea about the features of the car. He said he was going to find out and call me back. I was going to fly out the next day, I informed him about that. However he never called me back. I am surprised at the lack of willingness to help a customer. I am also surprised at the blah attitude - like I don't care to earn your business type of thing. I don't know if they sell so many cars that they don't care to earn your business or what the reason was. I ended up not going over there because I still wasn't sure if that car had the features I was looking for. The salesman called me in two weeks, asking if I was "still interested in the car." When I told him that he didn't call me back that day, he denied ti and said he called. Poor service, so disappointing! I will have to get the car from another place. More
