First time car buying experience gone incredibly well I was not planning on getting a car for several months, however the first car I ever owned died on me unexpectedly. I had been looking into what type I was not planning on getting a car for several months, however the first car I ever owned died on me unexpectedly. I had been looking into what type of car to get, but truly had no clue where to start. I came across driverssselect while looking through the cars.com app and noticed their prices were significantly lower than most other dealers, with vehicles that seemed to be in better condition. I requested a trade in value quote for my car. I got a call the next day from Larry with the number for my trade in. From Wednesday until Saturday, Larry was so incredibly helpful to my husband and I in figuring out which cars to test drive and what our best financial situation would be. He was fantastic in helping me narrow down what type of car I wanted. This was my first car buying experience and I was feeling very overwhelmed, but Larry made the experience not only pain free, but incredibly pleasant! I'm very indecisive, and he helped direct me towards/narrow down to what I wanted. He didn't try to sell me the most expensive car I test drove, which was a huge indicator of the great person he is. He also was incredibly patient with us as we were buying two cars and had several to test drive. My husband fell in love with a car that was in very high demand, and Larry did everything in his power to make sure that we walked off the lot with that car by the end of the day. After we left and I didn't get a chance to say goodbye, Larry called to thank me and say goodbye, as well as texted us several days later to check in on us and make sure everything was going well with the cars and that we still loved them. Shortly after getting my car, I noticed a small leak into the interior. We found out that the windshield on my car that I purchased had been replaced with no records on carfax or Ford, and Ford was not going to cover the cost under warranty as it was not an original part. One phone call to Larry later (even though he wasn't even at work when I called) and 5 minutes later, and driversselect is sending someone to my house all the way in Fort Worth to fix the windshield and covering the cost. I truly cannot express how appreciative we have been for our driversselect experience! Tip for going in: We arrived right when the dealership opened and had an appointment scheduled on a Saturday morning. I highly recommend this, as they keep most cars in a garage down the street and it can take awhile for cars to be brought over, especially as the day gets busier. We were there from 9am to 6pm (due to test-driving multiple cars, and two separate car purchases), and we watched the huge rushes come through in the early afternoon, later afternoon, and early evening. Larry described Saturdays as "black friday at a mall", which I absolutely agree with! More

She didn't have a clear idea of what car she wanted and ended up looking at 4 cars and I was looking at 3. Larry was incredibly patient with our indecisiveness and gave us very detailed information about every car we looked at which helped ease our decisions. He did not try to upsell us on a more expensive car but was truly looking for what our needs were. Although the wait time was long to get all the paperwork finalized (it was a Saturday after all) we couldn't complain about our experience because at the end of the day we drove off with the biggest smiles on our faces! We found ourselves in a very unique situation, because my car was totaled in an accident that was not my fault, so we HAD to purchase a car. We took our time and searched around for the best deals and when we came across Driver Select, it intrigued us both because of their massive inventory selection and their advertised straightforward approach to buying a car. We both went online on a Saturday and picked out a car that I liked, filled out the online information and submitted it. We received a phone call from Paul Michael Arriaga two days later and started the buying process. Paul was very accommodating from the start. He explained the process over the phone and did everything he could to get us approved and set up before we ever stepped foot into the dealership. Once we saw how effortless the process seemed to be we decided to pick out another car for my husband! Once we arrived at the dealership, Paul made us feel right at home and sent us out on a test drive in both of the cars that we were interested in. The buying process was very smooth. I would like to also express that after we brought both cars home, Paul and everyone at Driver Select were very helpful in making sure that we were very happy with our purchases by following up and resolving any issues that we had very quickly. Awesome Car Buying Experience Ever! I was very please with the professional services I received. I was so stressed and tired of looking was referred to drivers select by a friend from Da I was very please with the professional services I received. I was so stressed and tired of looking was referred to drivers select by a friend from Dallas. I simply made one call to inquire about finance. Received a call from my sales Lady Heather within an hour telling me I was approved, and what my monthly note would be. I was still procrastinating & in the state of shock. The vehicle I originally wanted was sold while procrastinating. However I found the best deal ever on another vehicle. I put my deposit down to hold the vehicle. Flew in town the next day test drove my car fell in love with it signed my paper work, and was done with the deal. This was the most professional friendly service I have ever received. I woke up this morning, and still could not believe it was real. I was mostly impressed to have a car sales Lady that actually did everything she could to get me in a vehicle and very confident in what she does. Way to GEAUX Heather You're AWESOME!!!!!!!!!! More
