We picked the car up on Larry's day off so dealt with Frank, an absolute pleasure. When we picked up the car, there were a couple of small nicks that we didn't notice the first time around. Again, sent straight back to detail and now not noticeable. Serviced, shiny and a full tank of gas. No room for negotiating on the trade but we felt the purchase price was more than fair so are OK with that. All in all a great deal and a great experience! More
