Ms. High, I apologize for any confusion. After you had your car for 30 days your came to visit us stating that you thought the car had engine problems. After an inspection, we discovered that the issue was just way the transmissions operates in those cars. You told us that you liked the car and would like to keep it so, we suggested that you take it to a Ford dealership to have it checked out under the factory warranty at no cost to you. If there is anything else we can assist you with, please let us know. Also, I can not go into detail about the previous owner however, I can tell you that the information you said he gave you was not the same he gave us. There was a circumstance for the customer that caused us to allow him to exchange the car the next day. Wes W. Customer Care Manager

As soon as I left Drivers Select, I went to the Ford dealership to have them tell me what I believed all along. The transmission was toasted. True the car was still under warranty, but Drivers Select should have fixed the problem before selling the same car out again. That I was disappointed in, and I would not recommend ya'll to anyone I know. That's bad car business in general!!!!
