LYING xxxx BAGS I purchased a "2015 Audi Q3 Premium Plus w/Navigation/Sunroof (FWD)" from Drivers Select on Monday, September 5th, 2016 around 4:30pm. The reason for I purchased a "2015 Audi Q3 Premium Plus w/Navigation/Sunroof (FWD)" from Drivers Select on Monday, September 5th, 2016 around 4:30pm. The reason for my purchase of this specific vehicle was because of the "features" that is supposedly had on it, especially the navigation feature. This was a huge plus to me in the car buying process. I ended up choosing this vehicle over the one I wanted due to it having the $1,900 navigation feature on it. The salesman Chris told me that they are waiting for the "Nav Chip" to come in from auction, therefore he wrote me an I Owe You for the Chip and Installation. He told me it would be 10 days and I should get it in the mail. Also, he told me they would call me in 7 days to let me know that the chip came in. A MONTH went by and I didn't hear anything. I decided to call and speak with the gentleman that deals with the I owe you's. He told me they didn't have an I owe you on file for me. This was their first mistake. He said they would order another one and get it to me. He said the same time frame as before. 10 days went by and I had not heard anything, so I gave him a call. He had forgotten to order it and would call me back. (Mistake #2) He supposedly spoke with Audi of Plano and they told him he could use any SD card for my car and all I would have to do is download google maps onto the SD card. So he calls me back to tell me he is ordering one. I didn't believe a word he said so I took it upon myself to contact an Audi Technologist. The Audi guy informed me that my specific vehicle was NOT equipped with Nav using my VIN and there is no way to put it on it with just "any SD card". Then, I contacted the Quality Assurance gentleman at Driver's Select. He apologized and said he would call Audi and make sure this was correct. 2 days went by and I didn't hear anything. So I called another Audi technologist before I called Drivers Select and they informed me again that my car is NOT equipped with the feature and never has been and can't be added. She said the feature is a little over $1,900 when it is added to the vehicle. I then contacted Drivers Select and told the guy. He said he is very sorry and asked how they could make it up. Almost 2 months had gone by and no chip was ordered and I was paying on a vehicle I did not want and did not have Nav. Mistake number three. He sent my info over to the Operations Manager named Jeremy and said he will call me to fix this by Friday at 5pm. Thursday and Friday go by with no phone call. So I decide to call the dealer on Saturday and ask for Jeremy. He calls me back and I explain the situation. I told him I either want at least $1,900 back or to trade my car in for a good price and get the car I actually want. He told me he could call me back by Monday at 5pm. Monday goes by, Tuesday goes by and I finally call around 3pm. He doesn't answer, so I have to leave a voicemail. Wednesday comes around and I STILL have NOT heard back from him. He gave me his cell, so I text him to give me a call because I am very upset. He calls me 4 HOURS later to inform me the only give $500 for these situations/mistakes, but since he "felt bad" he would double it and give me $1000. I told him that this is very unacceptable and I want my full $1,900 back. He told me they couldn't do that and the offer still stood. They mis lead me to buy a vehicle for a higher price that ended up not having the features I bought it for in the first place. The least they owe me is $1,900 for the cost of the feature that they sold it to me for. I am not even asking for anything regarding all the hassle and trouble they have put me through. It has been over two months and this is still not resolved. I have had to beg and get lied to by multiple people at Driver's Select. I gave them the benefit of the doubt by understanding that mistakes happen and offer to trade my car in but they would take advantage of me in that way too so I just want my money($1,900). This is dealer fraud and not okay. More

I have cash $30,000 with me to buya car or two today and I want to test drive the one that I already pick and buy it now, NO ONE can help me to test drive and sell it to me. This dealer has many cheap cars but has no good people to work with, so Regrets about the lost. They don't take the business seriously enough just orange tshirt and run around and enjoy chitchat in the break room. Do not expect the good welcome like professional dealers. Just a place to buy cheap car, that is it. More

This is definitely not your average place, in a good way. I've been in the market for a new vehicle the last year, and absolutely HATE going to dealerships. I've been to several, and always walked away. Not because the vehicle wasn't what I wanted, but it was the customer service... the pushiness. The manipulation. I hate that. I will ALWAYS walk away. So I did my research, and decided to check out Driver Select due to the ratings and reviews I saw from dealerrater.com, google reviews, Facebook, etc. I'm glad I did, and would recommend them to anyone in the market for a vehicle. I worked with Matthew, who was just great. The prices are great, and they are upfront with everything. There are no gimmicks, and they're honest. I purchased my vehicle a few weeks ago, and have had no issues and love it. If anyone has had a bad experience at a dealership, I would encourage you to check this place out. I promise they will treat you better. More
