He made the phone portion of the transaction simple and easy. Call-back was prompt and it was only a couple days before I was headed to Dallas to pick up my new car. We were greeted by a very pleasant Jay Cooper who made me and my family feel comfortable the entire time we were there. Test drive went smoothly, paperwork was simple and ready when we got there, and in what felt like no time, we were out the door and I was behind the wheel of my new 2015 Nissan Rogue feeling excited, relieved, and proud to be a Drivers Select customer. Gently Used Car Without the "Let me go Talk to my manager." I liked the idea of a reasonable price and not having to negotiate. The price they advertised was the price I paid. There were a couple of other fees, but the Drivers Select website lists what those are going to be. I knew which cars I wanted to test drive. Barry had them ready when I said I could be there. I was pre approved for a car loan with a very competitive rate. Barry found a lower rate for me while I was there. I traded in my car and was given a fair offer based on my research of Kelly Blue Book. They looked at my car while I test drove a car. It was very efficient. The whole process of buying a used car, selling my car and getting a better interest rate took just a couple hours. Everyone there was very friendly. Their prices are very competitive. I offered almost the exact same price to another used car dealer for the same model car with similar features with almost identical mileage, but their "manager" said they would lose money at that price so we walked out and set up an appointment with Drivers Select. I could not be happier. I love the car I purchased and I am confident I was given a good deal. They have a life long customer. More

Very nice, courteous, knowledgeable and very upbeat. Answered all of my questions. We completed most of the paperwork over the phone before I went to the dealership. Went in, drove the car and finished the paperwork. No problems. My only issue is the length of time it took to complete the paperwork (no reflection on Jeff). I think their back office very much needs improvement. Since financing, etc. was set up ahead of time I should have been out of there in about an hour. Instead in took over 3 hours. I will recommend Jeff to anyone I know looking for a vehicle. More
