Lies and no service after the sell. I was lied two and ignored after purchasing two cars on the same day. My salesman Kyle Struebing has not returned a call or showed ant concern about t I was lied two and ignored after purchasing two cars on the same day. My salesman Kyle Struebing has not returned a call or showed ant concern about the issues I have had since the purchase. I spoke with him once after the sell, due to him answering the customer service line. Lets start from the beginning. I came in with my own financing and was told they could get me a better rate than my 1.99. I asked if inquires would be put on my report. I was told two. I let them do the financing and credit karma reported to me five inquires. I asked Kyle and he went and got a manager who lied and said it was soft inquires should not be there. The manager really thought he could sell this lie. That was the second lie. I still purchased the cars, because the damage is already done to my credit report. the w\next week I noticed the infiniti I purchased did not have it's front license plate holder on it, which Kyle told me it would be put on before the car was delivered to me. It took two and a half weeks before a manager called me back and sent the license holder to my home. Kyle never return any calls I left him at the office or on his cell. My daughter and I came to the dealership and she drove one car home and Kyle told me he would deliver the second one. The last straw is to find that Kyle drove the car on toll roads and never notified me. I have called and left messages for him and management. Two weeks now and no call back to say sorry. I've paid the toll I just wanted some ownership of the error in judgement. One of the cars was in an accident when a tractor trailer tire came off and just demolished the front end of the car. If it's totaled, I know where I want be replacing the vehicle. I would rather pay a little more and get service after the sell than to be treated as garbage after you get my money. More

I found the exact car I had been looking for on the website. Inquired about it and received a very fast response. Jay Cooper was my sales associate and he patiently answered all (and there were quite a few) of my questions. He is very knowledgeable. I felt very at ease and under no pressure whatsoever. He did some numbers with me over the phone without having to pull my credit and they were spot-on. I gave him my deposit to hold the car, and 2 hours later i was at the dealership and the papers were ready to go. The car was in pristine shape as promised. I was there under an hour. He is the only one i had to deal with. I just can't say enough about how easy the process was. When i left, i couldn't believe i had bought a car. Very happy with the dealership and with Jay and i would highly recommend anyone who is ready to buy a car to go here first. Thank you so much...I LOVE my new Equinox!!!! More
