After a long day of getting the run around at other dealerships, myself and my fiance decided to stop at Drivers Select. We were promptly greeted by Zac. He was friendly, easy going and very profession dealerships, myself and my fiance decided to stop at Drivers Select. We were promptly greeted by Zac. Josh helped again with purchasing another car after he worked so hard & beyond with me on my 1st car trying to get me approved on my Rio. One month later my car got tottaled and was back to square one aga worked so hard & beyond with me on my 1st car trying to get me approved on my Rio. One month later my car got tottaled and was back to square one again being carless. I was hesitant to call Josh & tell him that my car had gotten totalled. But I'm Glad I did Josh Was caring & thoughtful making sure my family & I was safe and okay. Josh worked Really hard again to get me into another car and again went out of his way and beyond to get me approved. David Davis was the employee who helped me find the perfect vechicle. He was very patient and professional from beginning to end. When I first called DS, I thought I was prepared and ready to purchase a car, so I spoke with Marcus and started the process. Then I got scared and backed out bc I wasn't sure if I'd be approved but luc ready to purchase a car, so I spoke with Marcus and started the process. I came to Drivers Select after having a hard time finding financing. At the previous dealership that I worked with, they were not very responsive, unwilling to help, and really gave me zero options for fina financing. At the previous dealership that I worked with, they were not very responsive, unwilling to help, and really gave me zero options for financing because of my “fair” credit score. I didn't even GET to the test-drive. I then looked at Drive Time online. Their inventory was limited to put it lightly. I then logged on to CarMax. They had a 48 billion cars to choose from but the quality of cars was kind of sketchy. Their cars looked not only used, but used up. I then pulled up Drivers Select online. The inventory seemed really good. I was in the market for a BMW and they had 3 options at the time. I then contacted the dealership and the person I first spoke to over the phone was Jeff Jewell. He was warm and receptive. I explained to him that I had recently been the victim of a hit and run not far from the dealership. My car was paid for, and while very old, was in decent shape. The accident left my car totaled. Jeff took my info over the phone and then ran all my info right then and there. I told him what I was looking for in the way of vehicle type and interest rate. And while the interest rate wasn't what I had hoped for, Jeff leveled with me immediately. He very kindly let me know what to expect with the interest rate given my credit score. I have to say that I really appreciated how up front he was about that. He helped me adjust my expectation, and that helped me cope with a not-so-great interest rate situation. In other words, he took the shock factor right out of it by giving it to me straight. Since then, Jeff has kept me up-to-date throughout the entire process. If he said he would text...he did. If he said he'd call...he did. He's been up-front. He's never made promises that he can't keep. He never told me what I wanted to hear just to get me out of his face. He's been direct, kind, and genuinely interested in what I have to say. He’s even taken the time to get to know a little about me personally. I've been through a lot emotionally, physically, and financially after the accident. I was thrust into the car-buying experience by someone who thought my life wasn't worth stopping for and doing the right thing. While the financing and money thing has been a huge stress to me, Jeff made the rest of the experience great so far. I have to say that the experience has been very positive and that was mostly Jeff's doing. My "new" car is getting processed for me right now. In just a few more days from now, I'll be in the first car that I've ever owned...that I actually WANTED to drive. That means a lot to me at this point in my life. While I'm not quite at the end of the process...I feel like I'm in great hands with Jeff. I also wanted to mention the rest of the staff there at Drivers Select. Everyone has been EXTREMELY helpful, nice, respectful, and welcoming. From people holding doors open for me...to asking me if I've been helped when I walk in...to getting me something to drink while I wait...they've all been really great. I've been to dealerships where the people who sell the cars are under some sort of impression that the car will sell itself; as if I should be grateful that they even glance in my direction. DS is a whole different thing. I didn't feel pressured. They gave me options. They didn't make me feel like I was trash because my credit score isn't 700+. I will always appreciate that. In fact, barring a complete disaster in service from this point on...when my credit score does improve dramatically one day soon...I will come right back here to find my next car. That's how much I appreciate being treated with respect. Thank you very much! More
