I was hoping this was THE PLACE. ..but...at the end of the day it operates just like any other used car dealership. They push 3 main products: gap insurance, extended warranties, and ..but...at the end of the day it operates just like any other used car dealership. They push 3 main products: gap insurance, extended warranties, and some detail warranty that covers minor cosmetic issues. This is their main business not really selling cars. I probably told the guy no 20 times and he kept bringing out offers with one thing or another included. He's been taught to assume the sale. I just wish I could get some professional salesmanship which only sells to a want or need. If I tell you I don't want any of it, don't ask me 19 more times. You ask for a sales sheet with all the numbers on it but they won't let you keep it. They just keep taking it back so they can fiddle with the numbers some more. They are constantly changing the numbers on you. Of course they play yo-yo with the interest rates like every other dealer does. One particular lie they told was your interest rate goes up if you don't buy gap insurance. I called their bluff and said I was getting it through my insurance company but they said that didn't count, it had to be THEIR GAP INSURANCE. They didn't like me calling them a bunch of liars but that's the truth. The one thing I will give them is they do have great prices and a great selection which is what drew me in. I was truly hoping this was an honest dealer that did things the right way but I guess those, like good politicians, don't exist. This place has a load of 5 star reviews but don't fall for the hype, at the end of the day...it's just another pushy, unethical used car dealership. More
