The buying process was fine and the selection was pretty good. I bought a 2017 Mazda CX-5 "Tourning" model. At the time I specifically asked if I could add Sirius/XM radio and was assured that all I had to good. I bought a 2017 Mazda CX-5 "Tourning" model. At the time I specifically asked if I could add Sirius/XM radio and was assured that all I had to do was subscribe to that service. Because of Covid, I have not been driving much and didn't add XM radio yet. Now I am driving across country and tried to subscribe to XM radio and found out that it is not possible. Only the top 3 models of Mazda CX-5 are compatible with XM radio! Even though there is an XM button on the screen, it requires a separate auxillary radio ($200+). When I called Echo Park to see if they would be willing to help me out, I was rudely told in no uncertain terms that it was my fault, I must have misunderstood the sales person, and "how serious could you be if you waited several months to bring it up?" Be WARNED - do NOT buy from Echo Park if you want to be treated like a valued customer AFTER the sale! Horrible customer service, and extremely uncaring and rude. More
