I love the level of service I received. Michael did not pressure me to buy a car instead he want me to be happy with my purchase. he said the last thing I want is for you to buy a car you not happy with. Although I had already had my bank finance approval the finance manager told me with your credit I’m sure I can get you a better rate. My bank approval was for 9.8% by the time I left I had 3.19. I’m so impressed with echo park. It takes a lot for me to be happy and echo park exceeded my expectations. Michael and fiancé manager are the reason I will continue to use echo park to in the future. In fact I plan to buy another car in the next few weeks once I make up my mind. Lasty the funny is when I first arrived he was getting a car for someone to test drive. Alothough he wasn’t the one helping me, he was very polite and assisted me and finding cars out side. Once I came inside I ended up with him as my salesman .
