We had an amazing experience at EchoPark Automotive in Cary, thanks to Brandon, who was phenomenal from start to finish. From the beginning of the sale, we had a lot of questions, and he remained calm, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. He took the time to let us test drive three different brands, ensuring we found the right fit. After choosing our car, Brandon went above and beyond to finalize the sale with us. Even though he was supposed to leave at 8 PM, he stayed until 9:30 PM to ensure everything was completed smoothly—something he didn’t have to do, but he did without hesitation. Our positive experience didn’t stop there. After our purchase, we encountered an issue with the AC, and Sabrina, another representative, was amazing to work with. She made sure we were taken care of, adding to the overall great experience. All in all, EchoPark Automotive provided top-notch service, and we’re grateful for the outstanding customer care we received. Highly recommend! More
