Rod broke down everything we can expect from buying the car and then his sale was hijacked by some “sales coach” named Cory who slapped down a paper and said “just sign here!” The price on that paper was $ car and then his sale was hijacked by some “sales coach” named Cory who slapped down a paper and said “just sign here!” The price on that paper was $7k more than the price on their website, and included hidden fees we’d already discussed with Rod that we wouldn’t like. We had to ask twice for an itemized list of fees, one of which was a $700 fee for filing paperwork, which was “non negotiable” despite that being something we’d do ourselves. If Rod had completed the sale, we would’ve gotten the car but Cory seemed like he was trying to cheat us. More

So far the only thing good about this dealership has been how the previous owner maintained the car I purchased. From not receiving a full tank of gas at purchase, having to buy 2 new tires immediately after how the previous owner maintained the car I purchased. I am not pleased with this dealership, will not recommend this dealership, or have any plans to ever return for another vehicle in the future. More
