Kat was amazing to work with. She vouched for me and took her time to help me find the right car and actually get to know me. I would absolutely work with her again. I however did not have the best experience with the dealership as a whole. The car that I purchased was shaking will driving and when I brought it in to get looked at I was gaslit and told it was the idle and that they didn’t want to take the time and go through balancing the tires like I asked to see if that was the issue by Karisha??. I then took the car to Mazda where I was told the car was abnormal. Once I came back and told them what Mazda said they said they could take it to Mazda to get diagnostic ran but it would be my problem then lmaooooo More
