Purchased a vehicle from Echo Park and we can honestly say this was the best experience we have had at dealership. Steve J. was our salesperson and we found him to be very easy to work with. We took our time reviewing the vehicle and Steve was available to answer any questions but not overbearing in trying to gauge our interest in the vehicle. The purchase process was easy with no surprises and all pricing was fair. I did find one bad scratch that was poorly painted over with touch-up paint by the previous owner on one of the doors. Steve brought Echo Parks paint guy over and an attempt to clean it up was made. When they realized it would take longer to fix, Echo Park offered to repaint the entire door at no charge to me. Overall, we are very pleased with our experience and will come back to Echo Park for future vehicle purchases. More
