I made an apt. at 2 pm to see a car at 4pm and the when I arrived I was told the car sold that morning. I recently purchased a vehicle at this location. I had a Awesome Experience! Collin was professional and friendly. No pushy sales! Easiest and most concise way I have ever bought a vehicle. They'll make you feel good at first, but as soon as something is not right, and you present it to them, that's when everything will go wrong for your "amazing vehicle purchasing experience" as well as the attitudes of the people who welcomed you in the establishment. Very disappointing experience to say the least, including from some of the "team members", as well as the "General Management himself"!!! They tried intimidation tactics, when I presented them with issues for a vehicle I was purchasing from them, which was kind of funny actually, and didn't work at all, and just showed what they really think about their customers and how incompetent they are. No care at all for the customer whatsoever. As far as customer service, you can definitely forget about it. Throw that out the door. They'll just brush you off without a care in the world. Now just waiting for them to comment back on here, down below 👇, stating something like, "we're sorry you had such a bad experience", or "please call the number so we can resolve the issues", or some type of lie that they tried taking care of the issues for me, blah blah blah, just to try and make their self look good on here or that they "fulfilled their standards", according to the General Management! Because once again, customer service does not exist here at this establishment whatsoever. I have never had such a horrible vehicle purchasing experience, as this one, before in my life. I seriously recommend that you shop elsewhere for a vehicle and not find out the hardway as I did with this horrible place. I cannot express this enough. I honestly DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT, if your looking to purchase a vehicle. More

It was one of the smoothest car purchases I have ever done. Peter was amazing, and the car was exactly as described and pictured on the internet. No haggle, No Hassle... the car is perfect... you know the price...no waiting all dang day to go back and forth with "the manager" doing "figures"... and 8 hours later you leave unhappy...etc etc.... I showed up, Peter had the car ready... it looked amazing... and he walked us thru the easy purchase... Financing and All... the numbers were exactly as discussed before we arrived...
