The location is very clean. Upon arriving I asked how long the process will last for I had to be some where, and I had a pre-offer price. They told me 15-20 minutes, the total time actually was 1 hour and 50 minutes, What Liars. I told them my time was valuable just like theirs. The paper work is sent to Houston Texas for review. Than you have to wait for a check, this was part of the lies for they knew it would take up to one hour to receive a check. Also, when you sale a car you must let the state of Texas know about the sale and do paper work, Echo said they would take of if. 13 days later my wife is having to go to the county to do what they said they would do..
