I had a pretty frustrating experience here. The store was clearly understaffed, and I waited a while before even being able to speak with a salesperson. Communication wasn’t great, and the overall process felt disorganized from start to finish. On top of that, the environment didn’t feel very clean or well managed, and the whole experience just wasn’t as smooth or straightforward as you’d expect when buying a car. I understand places get busy, but this felt more like a system issue than just a busy day. Overall, not the easiest or most pleasant car buying experience, I would probably look elsewhere next time.
