**False advertisement and running credit without consent. ** I would give this place 0 stars if I could. We came in for a specific vehicle. We were pre approved with our bank prior, they pulled the socials ** I would give this place 0 stars if I could. We came in for a specific vehicle. We were pre approved with our bank prior, they pulled the socials from that approval. Kameron Phelps the salesman showed that the car is being sold under market value so no negotiating. While at the financing table I received three alerts that our credit had been ran. We specifically said we didn't want our credit ran. Then Kameron proceeds to tell us we were only approved for $19,500 with our bank, when in actuality we had an approval for $67,000. They were pushing us to use their financing. Upon looking at the sales agreement, this list price of $18,400 went to $23,600. Kameron claimed we must buy in to their paint coating protection, theft protection and permaplates. That it's mandatory. They really give car salesman a bad name. Avoid this place at all cost. More

. I purchased a vehicle online, completed the financing process, received a confirmation phone call, and scheduled an appointment to pick up the vehicle. When I arrived at the dealership, I was informed by process, received a confirmation phone call, and scheduled an appointment to pick up the vehicle. When I arrived at the dealership, I was informed by the sales manager that the vehicle had already been sold. The sales manager spoke to me in a condescending manner and showed no empathy or concern. I was given only two options, select a different vehicle or receive a refund of my deposit. There was no apology and no attempt to resolve the situation or honor the confirmed purchase. This experience reflects poor business practices and unacceptable customer service. I have attached documentation showing confirmation of my online purchase. I am requesting accountability for this conduct and a response from the dealership to address this issue. More
