for a guy that hate car shopping Dexter made my experience efficient and painless. i went to the Echopark and was greeted by Dexter with a smile. He listened and understand what i wanted and he sho experience efficient and painless. i went to the Echopark and was greeted by Dexter with a smile. He listened and understand what i wanted and he show me a couple of cars on his ipad and i saw i few that i was interested into. Dexter help me narrow down a vehicle that would check all the box on the vehicle that i needed. He gave me a freedom to test drive the vehicle alone. After the test drive we i got a million of questions and Dexter was genuinely patient to answer every questions and hesitation i got. I got burned twice buying a vehicle but not this time. Dexter explained every step of the process and explain what and what i did not get. He made sure im getting the best price for the car i bought and made sure that i got a peace of mind that anything happens to my vehicle for the next 5 years i would not pay thousands of dollars for repair. Allison was an absolute pleasure to work with.
