I must say that I was impressed about this dealership. James from the main dealership worked with me on getting a very nice car that I saw on http://cars.com. I pulled up as a first time buyer with 0 credit due to never financing a vehicle before and really made it possible to drive off in a 2005 Avalon that had only 75,000 miles on it. I test drove it and was impressed with the way that it had been kept clean inside and out. My wife was even more happy on how attentive Joe and the others were toward us as we waited on paper work getting finalized. By me living in Bedford TX, I took a huge risk at driving 40+miles to possibly get this car. I would strongly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a smooth, non hassle dealership. If I had known that this would have gone as great as it did, I would have bought my previous vehicle from here. Now a days it is very hard to purchase a car with all of the salesman sounding like one when you first walk into the dealership. Wade made it clear that he was not at all interested in selling my wife and I a car. Our previous vehicle was on its last legs, and we clearly communicated that fact to him, along with me clearly telling h selling my wife and I a car. I was not playing a negotiating game - I was telling him exactly where he needed to be, as I had the outlines of an acceptable deal on comparable vehicle at a competitor. He didn't even attempt to discuss numbers, other than the initial sticker price, and the usual car sales runaround games. Perhaps he thought I was bluffing. I wasn't. This is the second time I have dealt with Eckert Hyundai to buy a car, which wasn't a great experience the first time when I was misled on the financing, and it will be the last. More

I bought my first Hyundai from Stan Becker six years ago. A friend of mine owned a Hyundai Sante Fe and I loved riding in it. I had a Honda Accord at the time but wanted a change. My friend introduced me to Stan Becker and he then introduced me to the Service Manager Leonard. I test drove the Hyundai Sante Fe and bought it that afternoon. I purchased my fourth Hyundai Sante Fe yesterday on 12-4-12 and I love it!!! I have also referred many friends to Stan Becker because he takes care of his customers and he is not just looking to make a "sale"! He truly cares for the customer and goes out of his way to please and actually becomes a friend to his customers. While I was waiting to get my car processed two previous customers came in and we shared stories of how great Stan and all employees at Eckert Hyundai treat people and we all are repeat customers. In addition to being exceptionally friendly the thing I most appreciated was their approach. There was none of that vulture swooping down on us feeling which was precisely why we did not purchase from a d most appreciated was their approach. It is intimidating enough making a large purchase then to have the added pressure to buy when you aren't even sure what you want makes it a difficult experience. I was comfortable once I got there and Nick patiently took time to answer all my questions, etc. ultimately I bought the car I wanted and James worked laboriously to get the payment I could afford. Nick is a new hire there and I believe a true asset to the company. I am truly hoping for good things for him there. More
