George was so knowledgeable and truly cared that we get exactly what we needed. He even changed the order a day later on a plow I ordered to accommodate the heavier workload I'd be taking. The entire team works together in a supportive, no pressure atmosphere. George is so thoughtful that he sent me pictures as my truck was getting each part finished, as he knew I was so excited. You don't get more thoughtful and considerate than that, taking time out of his busy day. I could not have had a better buying experience. Over priced under experienced I went in to get a winning noise fixed and it took a week. They replaced a vacumn for 4x4. I drove it off the lot and noise was still there. I bring it back the next day and they look at it and say it could be another part attached to the 4x4 and quote a huge amount and say it may not be the source of the humming but I need new brakes. This takes them another week to fix. Finally I stop in to see if it is fixed and they say yes. They did take some money off in the end but as I drove it off the noise is still there. Also there is a $100 diagnose fee every time I bring it back to get looked at even though they didn’t fix it the first time. I don’t trust them. To top it off when I left I noticed a blue scuff mark on the when I picked it up. I noticed it because some one had pulled in my mirror so I looked at the door. Don’t waste your time. More

I own a Honda CRV which I drove out of the lot 16 months ago. 16,000 miles on it. Recently I heard noises coming from my back rear brake so I took it in. It was worn down to nothing. The front brakes were fine. The other back brake worn half way. They stated that some sliding part made the brake close because of rust or grime. Stated it was not covered under the warranty and they wanted an ungodly amount to fix it. This is the FIRST time I have had such a thing go wrong with a Honda. The service people to stiff and clipped about it. I will NEVER have Berlin City touch the car again. Don’t buy from these rip off artists. My mistake. Never again. More
