Mike, our experience was great. Whenever one spends in excess of 20K on ANYTHING, it's hard, no, PAINFUL, to call it a 5. George was awesome. He was low-key, no pressure, exactly what we wanted in a salesman. Wiggle room on the price would have been nice, but we understand the demand of the hybrid. When they brought the car out to us, the detailer had scratched the hood with his/her rag. They had to return the car to the detail detail department for a wax so we had to wait an additional 1.5 hours. There are still 2 scratches that need to be fixed that they could not fix on Saturday. I will have to bring the car back to Berlin for this on a weekday. While we were waiting we were offered a truck to go get our lunch which was nice. And the owner did let me sit in his Ferrari. (dream come true, but I should have held out for a drive in it!) Jaime was a little bit of a hard sell, but ultimately sold us on a moderate extended warranty package. If George was a 5 he was a 4. I like the water dispenser (I refilled my bottle 5 times while we were there) Do you have any other questions about our experience? Truly, George was the highlight of our day. Joie

Don't give Jaime a hard time. He was doing his job (we did buy it). I'm just a miserable sot when it comes to parting with my hard earned cash. I will go edit the report card, but you have to go buy George lunch for being such an awesome dude. Really, we walked out of several dealerships closer to home because of the sales staff. Berlin is 2.5 hours from our home. That is a testament to his ability. (that and White River was actually going to give us a better deal by about $200, but we liked George). Joie
