Dennis really made the process nice he was willing to talk through negotiations politely and effectively was able to work with us comparing other similar vehicles and prices and ultimately got us into a talk through negotiations politely and effectively was able to work with us comparing other similar vehicles and prices and ultimately got us into a situation that we were happy to buy the car.
