As I was waiting I was not kept informed as to what was happening with my vehicle. I kept trying to get answers as to what was happening but couldn’t get any answers from Lanora Smiley, the service advisor. I finally went to the service manager and he was finally able to get some answers. Then on top of it all, you charged me $95 for a diagnostic charge, even though you wanted to charge me much more. For what? You already knew what the problem was as I had the vehicle in to you about a month ago with the same problem that you didn’t fix then! We have Car Shield that we wanted to use and you did not like that either. Both the service manager and Lanora bad mouthed Car Shield and said continuously that they are hard to work with. I called the next day to arrange another appointment to try one last time to get this problem fixed and had to leave a message. I left my name, number, and message regarding this to Lenora and never received a call back! So after all this I have decided to go to a different company to finally get this car fixed! Having bought this Lincoln Navigator from your dealership I would have thought that I would get much better service than this! I am very disappointed with your customer service and will not recommend your service department to anyone. More

From Service to Parts, everyone has been amazing to work with. Lenora is exceptional—she keeps me updated on the progress of my vehicle and always makes the process smooth and stress-free. I also want to recognize the gentleman who picks up my car from our home; I don’t remember his name, but he is consistently outstanding and somehow teaches me something new about my Lincoln every single time. I genuinely enjoy working with the Ed Howard Lincoln team. They make every service visit easy, efficient, and exceptional. I’m already looking forward to purchasing my next vehicle from them because I’m confident the overall experience will be unmatched.
