Brough in vehicle for oil change and tire rotation and wheel balancing. Balancing was never done even though charged for as old weights were never replaced. Took vehicle back only to have tech scratch rim wheel balancing. Balancing was never done even though charged for as old weights were never replaced. Took vehicle back only to have tech scratch rims and advised service manager who has been there over 30 years and did nothing, Would never bring vehicle back again. Also you cannot contact Ed Howard to discuss this and a few other things. Guess hes to big to take the call or he must be busy writing that sports article that goes in his advertisements. No time for the customer. More
