I purchase the truck entirely online without even looking at it. Response time from dealership was sometimes spotty or non-existent without getting back to them myself. Financing department I thought was rude and pushy with their add-on sales even though I had said no three times. Follow up from dealership has also been spotty for some reason they don't like to use email apparently, but I think my salesperson has been on vacation a lot. so far I really like the truck not for sure about the aluminum body but I guess time will tell made it very difficult when installing things with magnets on the top and the side door had I known I might have looked elsewhere. All in all I'm pretty happy with the purchase considering the biggest obstacle was price and I felt I got a very good deal with this truck. More

Ed Kohen of Greenville by far has the best prices and customer service you can find in the state of Michigan. Prices were raised to $50 for standard oil change since last visit. No signage indicating the change. Less service provided as alignment couldn’t be checked. New vehicle Was looking for a vehicle to tow our new pontoon boat. I was first looking at a Ford Explorer then decided to look at Jeep Grand Cherokees. Eric just Was looking for a vehicle to tow our new pontoon boat. I was first looking at a Ford Explorer then decided to look at Jeep Grand Cherokees. Eric just happened to have one that fit the bill -- V8 engine and tow package. It's a 2012 with 52,000 miles and in beautiful condition. Good price, great customer service, an all around great customer experience. I will likely use Ed Koehn for all my vehicle service and would recommend this dealership to friends and family. I needed this vehicle last Friday for towing, but it was not ready, so they gave me a 2019 Dodge Ram 1500 truck to tow the boat ! That's customer service !! More
