This had to be my fastest and friendliest car buying experience. I called in advance to inquire about a car listed online. Five days later when I got there, they had pulled the car around for me to t experience. I called in advance to inquire about a car listed online. Five days later when I got there, they had pulled the car around for me to test drive. Throughout the week they were in constant contact to let me know if the car was still available. It was. The car was as great to drive as it looked online. Shawn and Anthony did a great job getting me approved for a loan at a rate that I could afford. I was able to add the extended warranty and GAP insurance while keeping my monthly payments at a reasonable amount. Additionally, he encouraged me to take the car to a local Chrysler dealership to have a mechanic inspect the vehicle as it was still under manufacture's warranty. Overall, I felt better about my purchase knowing it was serviced before I purchased it and there was no hesitation in having a different mechanic take a second look at the vehicle. My family and I drove about 450 miles round trip to get a car that I absolutely love. Shawn and his entire team were super friendly and suggested a place we could go and have lunch. It was a great suggestion. Just another compliment to great service. Also, Shawn called me after my purchase to inquire about the second mechanical inspection. It went well. Plus he called again a few weeks later just to see how everything was going with me and my new ride. I woukd say for a car dealer, he went above and beyond. He quickly answered all my texts and phone calls even after the sale was finalized. I think he and his team really did work hard to get me into my dream vehicle. More
