Service department experience Recently I was having a problem with my car battery holding power. The service rep, Drake, did a check of everything (diagnostic) and the only proble Recently I was having a problem with my car battery holding power. I kept having problems and finally told the rep to replace the battery. I feel he went above and beyond trying to find the problem and it was just a fluke.
